The meetings will be held in the Auditorium of the Laura W. Bush Institute of Women's Health, 1400 Wallace Blvd, unless otherwise noted. Meetings start at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Division 4-5 and Rookie meeting will start at 6:00 p.m. in the same meeting room.

Members are reminded of the requirement to attend two-thirds of the regularly scheduled local meetings. Excused absences may be granted for those absences where written documentation is submitted for the excused absence. Additionally all members are required to attend the five (5 Mandatory Meetings. Requests should be sent to the Chapter Recorder who will present the requests to the Board of Directors for approval. Those who miss and have notified the recorder prior to the meeting must take and pass an online test for that week and pass with a score of 80. For more information on meeting requirements see the Chapter By Laws in the About Us Section.

Members are reminded of the requirement to attend an annual rules clinic. Rule Clinics will be conducted at the State Meeting and Regional Clinic The required Annual Football test will be administered online through the Members Portal of the TASO web site . Each official must take the test and make a grade of 70 or greater prior to the first regularly scheduled varsity contest the official officiates.
